Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality spa services to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only the providers, but other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

NO SHOWS &LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
All No-Show appointments will result in 50% of the service total being charged to the card on file as well as a client BAN.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation with MORE than 24 hours notice can be handled through the link that is texted and emailed to you when you book the appointment, please cancel your appointment through that link.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
Clients are allowed one courtesy reschedule of their confirmed appointment, if done 48 hours in advance.
A last minute cancellation (less than 24 hour notice)will result in the loss of your deposit and/or a rebooking fee depending on your provider.
NO-SHOWS for gift card appointments will result in 100% of the gift card balance being VOID as well as a client ban.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE to your appointment and we cannot accomidate you due to a fully booked day, you will have to be rescheduled. A new deposit must be paid on your rescheduled appointment.
When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to everyone, please cancel your appointment as soon as you know you will not be able to make it. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.
